Where is the cultural Content?

I just finished this awesome game. It is not to easy and has a nice little Story. But for the price it is pretty short.
Also i really did enjoy the whole thing, you are able to „earn“ cultrural insight content - but it did not play when i tried to open it… and i found like 17/24 or something like that.

FIX THAT PLS!
